Just a few words

The estimates are in on our house renovation, and the whole thing appears to be doable. Now, the question is "Do I want to renovate the house?" or "Do I want to go see the polar bears?" Maybe the polar bears in a couple of years.

Do the house now. The polar bears will wait. And when you come home, you won't be facing doing the house.

I love your house as it is. But, it will still retain the essence of that & there's no question that anything like this that you do may have a positive impact on some future selling of it.

Do what the two of you want. But, don't let it make you sick over it! That's my story & I'm sticking to it. I will love y'all no matter what.
