About Me
- sharecropper
- Sharecroppers farmed a section of land for the owners. They received everything they needed (and often less) from the owner. At the end of the season, they turned in their crop and received credit for it. Seldom was the credit enough to cover expenses for the coming year; so the sharecropper was always in debt to the owner. I remain in debt to God for every year that I continue in this life that God has given me. And, I am thankful for it.

Holy Crap! What gives? This amazing man discharged? This is a bit depressing )-:
This is a lot like the Church, don't bother me with facts. Its been a good rule for 200 years or more so why change. Good people are being victimized by a bunch of folks who are still living in the dark ages.
Thanks for posting this clip - with all the foolishness noise around Dick Cheney's speech, a story like this one can get lost.
I wish I could say "this is unbelievable" but unfortunately it is. No matter how you feel about the war, this man has shown courage and honor in life threatening circumstances. He has served a country that has betrayed him.
